Early-stage cervical cancer often doesn’t cause any noticeable symptoms. As the cancer progresses, symptoms may include:
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding (between periods, after menopause, or heavier than usual)
- Unusual vaginal discharge (watery, foul-smelling, or bloody)
- Pelvic pain or pressure
- Pain during sex
